With decades of experience from some of Copenhagen’s most acclaimed restaurants, he has helped shape our French bistro, combining ambition with accessibility. On the menu, you’ll find both French classics and creative interpretations of familiar favourites. Think hand-cut steak tartare with crispy fries and a warm goat’s cheese salad, juicy poussin from our rotisserie, or fresh fish with a Southern French garnish. And of course, the ever-popular guest favourite: Danish veal ribeye with herb butter.
